We bought a 2015 Catalina 243 RBS. Could not be happier with it.My wife/soulmate has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She wanted something that we could all do together and spend quality time with one another. We had camped with others and enjoyed it very much, this is why we decided to get our own camper. After online searches and all the other normal research people go through before a major purchase, we decided to visit the local dealerships a visit. One of them did not even have anyone on premises to show any units. Needless to say we left that establishment quickly. On the way back home we pulled into Jody's. He was the only one there at the time, he appeared to be very busy doing paper work in his office. He immediately stopped what he was doing and spent probably an hour or so patiently showing us different units and asking all of our questions. He was also asking questions about my wife's prognosis, the family well being etc. You may say, so what, he wanted to make a sale, follow me here people. I was already impressed, but rest is what separates your normal sales and service center to one that goes above and beyond.These units come with a one year no questions asked warranty. I mentioned a couple minor things over the phone with Jody shortly after purchase, he stated that I should bring the unit back so that they could take care of the the issue. Well, I may just be the worlds biggest procrastinator, so after waiting until after the summer camping season is over, I took the unit back to dealership with a laundry list of what I perceived to be warranty issues with the unit. Some of these I even stated were probably my fault and if not covered under warranty, I would understand. I took the unit to them with said list figuring it would take two weeks or more to hear back. I was called back in two days informing me that all repairs were complete.Not only did they cover everything as warranty, they even corrected an add on extended handle that I added on incorrectly. Bottom line is this, if you want and expect the best in quality, sales and service, Jody's will have to be your choice.We can't thank you guys enough for all that you do.Sincerely yours,
